Today Phygital Games kick off in Kazan with three new disciplines: phygital racing (Assetto Corsa + karting), phygital fighting (Mortal Kombat 11 + MMA), and phygital hockey (NHL 22 + 3-on-3 hockey).

Three hybrid sports
Just a gentle reminder that the new format implies combination of classical sport, cybersport, and VR-/AR-technologies.
On 24 November, Phygital Games will launch a new format of racing competitions: participants will have to complete 20 laps in a karting race and 10 virtual laps on the Assetto Corsa simulator. Later, on 26 November, as part of phygital martial arts, the fighters will fight a battle in the Mortal Kombat 11 game and then demonstrate their fitness in the bouts by the MMA rules. And soon in December, there will be a hockey tournament of a new format with the athletes playing in NHL 22 in the Threes Eliminator mode, and then get to the ice under the 3-on-3 rules.
