To get accredited for a sporting event hosted by the Directorate for Sports and Social Projects, media representatives need to fill in the accreditation form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5 days before the start of a sporting event. In the subject line of the email, please specify ‘Accreditation for the (name of an event)’.
Important: if you seek accreditation for an event hosted by the Directorate for Sports and Social Projects for the first time, you need to fill in the processing of personal data consent form and send it together with the media accreditation form to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
For certain sporting events media representatives will need to submit different accreditation forms or to apply through an online accreditation system. To stay informed, please watch for updates on the event pages located in the Projects section.
To make media representtaives’ working environment as comfortable and efficient as possible, the Press Operations team will provide accredited media with the following press facilities at competition venues: press centre, press conference room, mixed zone, press tribunes, photo and video positions.
During sporting events, the Press Operations team organises and runs press conferences and helps arrange media scrums and interviews. Media representatives are also provided with all the information they need and are given assistance with accommodation, transportation, catering, visa and customs procedures.
