The Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre was built especially for the WorldSkills Kazan 2019. It is the biggest exhibition centre in the Volga Region.
The facility’s construction commenced in 2016. Kazan Expo’s proximity to the Kazan International Airport ensures comfortable arrivals, departures, and transfers for events’ participants and visitors.
Kazan Expo features a competition zone, three exhibition spaces, gallery, congress hall for 3,000 seats, 35 multi-purpose halls with capacity of 30 to 500 people, VIP zone, lounge zones, meal areas, and parking area.
The Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre is a platform for major international, national, and republican events. The venue hosted the Doroga 2018 International Specialized Exhibition, 14th International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” (2019, 2021-2023), final of the seventh National Competition “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia), 3rd branch championship in the field of information technologies according to the WorldSkills DigitalSkills (2021), International Construction Championship (2022), Kazan Digital Week International Forum (2020-2022), opening ceremony of the Unified Games of the Special Olympics, test events in preparation for the Games of the Future 2024 – Phygital Games (2022, 2023), etc.
The exhibition centre often hosts exhibitions, competitions, meetings, collegiums, festivals, concerts of famous performers and other large-scale events.
