The Universiade Village is the main residential complex for a comfortable stay of the delegations of various national and international events held in Kazan.
Its territory is unique in terms of its landscape composition and design, not to mention the favourable location, which is 7.1 km away from the city centre. It takes 20 min to get to the Kazan International Airport and railway station. Around the corner are public transport stops, metro stations, stores, shopping centre, and restaurants.
The Universiade Village was built to accommodate the athletes and other participants of the 27th Summer Universiade 2013. Before and after the Universiade, the Village is a student campus of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University and Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism.
