The qualification leg of the FINA Swimming World Cup will take place in Kazan on October 28-30, 2021. According to the competitions calendar published on the official website of the Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA), the Cup will begin in September of the next year in Singapore and Chinese city of Jinan. The exact dates of the two starting legs are still to be set.
The third leg will take place in Berlin on October 1-3; the fourth leg in Budapest on October 7-9, the fifth leg in Doha on October 21-23. Therefore, Kazan will host the sixth leg.
The tournament in the capital of Tatarstan will use a 25-metre swimming pool. The event will serve as a qualifier for the World Swimming Championships in Abu Dhabi.
