Dear representatives of media!
We invite you to attend the XX “Altyn minbar” Kazan International Film Festival, which will be held in the capital of Tatarstan on September 6–11, 2024. In order to provide comfortable working conditions, the following regulations have been established:
- In order to obtain accreditation, one should apply in advance and provide the following data: the name of the publication, the full name of each media representative, the birthdate, and contact details (phone number and email).
For foreign media:
The name of the media, full name as written in the passport, name, and surname in Cyrillic, birthdate, contact information: phone number, email, and a photo (as in the documents). Confirmation of the registration of media in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For bloggers:
Full name, birthdate, contact information (phone number and email), and social media links.
Provide your applications to prtatarkino@mail.ru until August 19, 2024, inclusively. In case you have questions concerning accreditation, please apply to Liana Abzalova at +7 937 285 01 21 (WhatsApp, Telegram).
The journalist’s accreditation provides the following:
Free access to all events held within KFF, except closed events, access to which is provided only by special invitation;
An information pack for the media, press releases, and schedule for all events of the festival;
In agreement with the press service of the film festival, get additional information, such as comments and clarifications, from relevant officials.
We remind you that the requirements of the Russian Federation law “On Mass Media” require media representatives to respect the rights, legitimate interests, and business reputation of the organizers, participants, and visitors of the “Altyn minbar” Film Festival.
Please note that the accreditation card (a badge) is not transferable to a third party and, in case of loss, cannot be renewed. If necessary, the press service of the film festival may request an application on an editorial form signed by the media executive (editor-in-chief) with the seal of the organization.
According to the festival’s regulations, all costs related to the presence of media at the festival are paid by the sending party.
We would like to emphasize that “Altyn Minbar” is included in the list of film projects supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The film forum is held with the support of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Ministry of Culture of Russia, and in partnership with the strategic vision group “Russia-Islamic World.” The motto of the festival is “Through the dialogue of cultures to the culture of dialogue”.
