Participants of the “Movement of the First” became the guests of the Phygital Games which started today in Kazan. The children were given a tour of the Tennis Academy, which is hosting an international phygital football tournament these days, and then they were able to try themselves in the role of correspondents and talk to the players of the Serbian team Obilić eSports and the Brazilian R10 TEAM.
“Phygital Games are very interesting. Even though I don’t play football, I love phygital. And I have many friends who participate in esports tournaments and they are interested in this discipline. My classmates are very interested in everything related to phygital, and not only guys, but also girls. Phygital brings people together. Teenagers search for themselves and can express themselves through phygital,” said Polina Ivanova, one of the editors of the “Movement of the First” teen media.
It should be noted that from 18 May to 21 May, Kazan will host the final of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth’s All-Russian Sports Festival “Movement of the First” with more than 1000 participants. Among them, more than 300 are the finalists of the qualifying stages of the Festival, more than 700 are participants in extreme sports competitions.
The “Movement of the First” is a new organisation that unites all other children’s movements around common, understandable values and mission. It gives children, teenagers and young people the opportunity to find interesting activities to their liking, meet new friends and like-minded people, participate with them in various events, such as themed camp shifts, hiking, anime festivals, various online formats, and implement their ideas.
The “Movement of the First” will appear in schools, teen clubs, youth centres, parks, and courtyards – wherever there are children. Anyone can become a participant. Even if a teenager is not an activist or a winner in academic competitions, with us they will be able to find a comfortable activity for themselves. And adults can become mentors of the movement.
