The Diving Competition of 4 Countries 2013 was held from December 6 to December 8, 2013 in the Aquatics Palace, Kazan. 51 athletes from Russia, Ukraine, Italy and Germany participated in the competition.
The competition programme included the 3m springboard and 10m platform individual and synchronised diving events.
