By a joint decision of FINA and LOC in Kazan, FINA Diving World Series and FINA Artistic Swimming World Series events are postponed.
“In order to avoid the risks of the coronavirus infection spread, we, jointly with LOC in Kazan, made the decision to postpone the event until the autumn of this year. We put the safety of participants, organizers and spectators higher among the priorities of the federation,” Dr. Julio C. Maglione, FINA President, commented on the decision.
The FINA Diving World Series are postponed until September and October 2020. The FINA Artistic Swimming World Series is postponed to a further date not yet determined.
The decision on the dates of the competition will be made in the near future in due order.
