On October 28-30, 2021, Aquatics Palace of Kazan will house the fourth leg of the FINA Swimming World Cup. Over 210 athletes from 28 countries are expected to take part in the competitions that will be organised with the assistance of 100 plus volunteers.

The World Cup has been held under the auspices of the International Swimming Federation (FINA) since 1988 and is divided into the stops around the world. In 2021 the event is hosted by Berlin (October 1-3), Budapest (October 7-9), Doha (October 21-23) and Kazan (October 28-30). At all four legs the swimmers will race in a 25m pool to qualify for the FINA World Championships (25m) in Abu Dhabi (December 16-21, 2021).

Kazan has already hosted the FINA Swimming World Cup legs in 2015, 2018, 2019.
